Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, services, and communications of Sea Ranger Mobile Detailing LLC (“Sea Ranger Mobile Detailing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our mobile detailing services and our text messaging (SMS/MMS) and other application‑to‑person (A2P) messaging programs.
By accessing our website, booking or receiving services, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website, services, or messaging programs.
1. Services
1.1 Sea Ranger Mobile Detailing provides mobile detailing services for vehicles, boats, RVs, and related equipment at customer‑specified locations.
1.2 Service descriptions, packages, and pricing are provided for convenience and may change at any time without notice. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse service when conditions may be unsafe, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable (for example, hazardous locations, severe weather, inability to access the vehicle or watercraft, or non‑payment).
2. Appointments, Access, and Preparation
2.1 You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking, including service location, vehicle or vessel details, and preferred date and time.
2.2 You must ensure safe and legal access to the service location, including any necessary parking, dock, or property permissions.
2.3 We may require reasonable preparation before service (for example, removal of personal items from the vehicle, unlocking of doors or compartments, or securing pets).
2.4 If we cannot complete the service due to inaccurate information, lack of access, unsafe conditions, or other factors outside our control, we may, at our discretion, charge a fee or treat the appointment as a same‑day cancellation.
3. Pricing, Payments, and Refunds
3.1 Prices for services are listed on our website or provided in quotes and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, fees, or surcharges may apply.
3.2 Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise specified by us. We may accept multiple forms of payment, including cashless options via third‑party payment processors.
3.3 You authorize us and/or our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of the services and any applicable fees.
3.4 All sales are generally final once services are rendered. Refunds or partial credits may be issued at our sole discretion, typically in cases of service error or quality concerns that are promptly reported.
3.5 Promotional offers, discounts, or coupons may be subject to additional terms, including expiration dates, usage limits, or eligibility criteria.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify us within the time frame specified during booking (for example, at least 24 hours in advance) to avoid cancellation fees.
4.2 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, staff availability, or other circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and arrange a new appointment time.
5. Condition of Vehicle or Vessel
5.1 You acknowledge that heavily soiled vehicles or vessels, excessive oxidation, staining, biological contaminants (such as mold or mildew), or pre‑existing damage may require additional time, specialized products, or additional fees.
5.2 We will use reasonable care during services but are not responsible for pre‑existing damage, defects, or wear (including clear coat failure, rust, weak trim, loose fixtures, or prior repairs).
5.3 If we identify pre‑existing damage or risk of damage, we may limit or modify the services or decline specific procedures.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when booking or communicating with us.
Ensure safe, legal, and timely access to your vehicle, vessel, or property.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of our services.
Refrain from using our website or communications for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
7. A2P Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Program
This section applies when you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from Sea Ranger Mobile Detailing.
7.1 Nature of Messages
By opting in, you agree that we may send you SMS or MMS messages, including:
Appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates.
Service‑related notifications (arrival times, completion notices, rescheduling, or follow‑ups).
Customer support messages.
Promotional or marketing messages, where permitted by law and your consent.
Message frequency may vary based on your interactions and appointments.
7.2 Opt‑In
You may opt in to receive text messages by any of the following methods (as applicable):
Providing your mobile number when booking services and indicating that you agree to receive SMS/MMS.
Checking an opt‑in box or similar consent mechanism on our website or forms.
Texting a keyword or number designated by us for enrollment.
By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number and that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
7.3 How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time:
Reply “STOP” to any message we send.
Contact us using the information in the “Contact Information” section and request removal from our messaging program.
After you send “STOP,” we may send a final message confirming your opt‑out. You will then be unsubscribed from further SMS/MMS messages for that program.
7.4 Help and Support
If you need assistance regarding our text messaging program, you may:
Reply “HELP” to any message.
Contact us directly using the details in the “Contact Information” section.
7.5 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you or by you. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Participation in our text messaging program is voluntary and not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, unless expressly stated.
7.6 Mobile Information Privacy and Non‑Sharing
We respect your mobile privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, opt‑in data, or messaging consent information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your mobile number and related messaging data only with service providers who help us send and manage messages (for example, messaging platforms or carriers) and only to operate the messaging program.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and designs—is owned by or licensed to Sea Ranger Mobile Detailing and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 You may view, download, or print content for your personal, non‑commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
9. Website Use and Prohibited Activities
When using our website or online services, you agree not to:
Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

10.3 We do not guarantee that our website or messaging services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Sea Ranger Mobile Detailing and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, website, or messaging programs.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the services or these Terms will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sea Ranger Mobile Detailing and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use of our services, website, or messaging programs.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
13. Privacy
Your use of our services and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including data related to A2P messaging and SMS/MMS communications. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and may provide additional notice as required by law.
Your continued use of our website, services, or messaging programs after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our website, services, and messaging programs.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
15.1 These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them or to our services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
15.2 You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the appropriate jurisdiction within Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
15.3 Before initiating formal legal action, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith.
16. Severability and Waiver
16.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16.2 Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional written terms or service‑specific agreements we provide, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sea Ranger Mobile Detailing regarding your use of our website, services, and messaging programs, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
